The Kenya Space Agency will host the Kenya Space Expo & Conference 2022 on Wednesday, 15th June 2022 at 2pm at the Maai Room, Sarit Centre. Dr. Cosmas Kiruki, Member of Faculty Department of Electrical and Information Engineering  will moderate a panel session on "Accessing space using nano-satellites in developing countries"  

About Kenya Space Expo & Conference 2022

In August 2022, 50 UoN students drawn from the Faculty of Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine and Biosystems Engineering will go to Israel for the 11-month experiential learning run by the Arava International Centre for Agricultural Training (AICAT).

Since 2017, The University of Nairobi has been priviledged to send over 90 students to Israel to learn by doing innovative and latest agricultural practices. Read more

The University of Nairobi community planted about 7,000 tree seedlings during the Annual Tree Planting and Growing Day held  on Friday, May 13, 2022 at the Upper Kabete Campus. On this day staff and students from all Faculties gathered at Upper Kabete campus to plant the trees.
