Prof. Patrick V. Verkooijen, the Chancellor of the University of Nairobi, outlined his ambitions for academic excellence during a visit to the Faculty of Engineering on January 31 2023. This tour marked a stop on his journey across all 10 UoN faculties, aimed at familiarization and engagement.

The University of Nairobi marked a momentous occasion on Friday, December 15th, with its 70th graduation ceremony held at the Chancellors' Court. A total of 5,744 graduates, including 65 proud engineering students from the Faculty of Engineering, and 121 Engineering students from Kenya Polytechnic University College; embarked on the next chapter of their lives, armed with knowledge and resilience.
