The Faculty of Engineering co-hosted the Kenya Society of Environmental, Biological and Agricultural Engineers -KeSEBAE, Annual Conference on Wednesday 7th to Friday 9th December 2022. The theme of the conference was “Engineering a Sustainable World.” Our staff and students are registered members of this society and are actively involved in research projects and KeSEBAE activities. The hybrid international conference attracted about 400 participants.

The Faculty of Engineering has launched SISTARS-Transforming Institutions to Advance Women Leaders in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The launch was announced during the inception workshop held on Wednesday 30th November 2022 at the University Towers.
