The university of Nairobi career fair kicked off on 5th Dec 2019 at the UoN towers. The opening ceremony was led by Johnson Kinyua, Director of Career services in the university.

This years’ event brought together 50 local and international companies.   The two day event is aimed at bridging the gap between student and employer. It provides an opportunity for students to meet and learn firsthand from their future employers on the dynamics of the current job market.

Among the objectives of the UoN career fair is to provide internships and graduate trainee opportunities for the students who are highly encouraged to carry their CVs’ to the exhibition stands.

Companies also get to choose students who act as their brand ambassadors and the target is to get at least 50 students in 20 companies by the end of January.
