Conference Purpose: The Engineering Conference 2023 provides an international forum for reporting progress and recent developments in research activities in the universities and industries.

EC2023 aims to achieve the following:

1. Propel research output towards promoting community resilience in various sectors of the economy.

2. Bring together researchers, innovators, industry, entrepreneurs, and students both local and international in the fields of Engineering to share knowledge and experiences on topics that are timely and reflect the latest scientific advances in the areas covering the following sub-themes:

2. Harnessing Research in Geospatial Engineering and Space Technology including Cadastral Systems and Land Management, Land Cover and Land Use Change, Agriculture and Food Security, Blue Economy and Biodiversity Conservation, Innovations, and Data.

3. Harnessing Research in Civil Engineering.

4. Harnessing Research in Mechanical, Manufacturing and Mechatronic Engineering for industrialization and sustainable development systems including: Recycling and repurposing of Materials, Alloys Development and Optimization, Materials modelling, Machine structures & Optimization, and Structural analysis, Automotive structure Modelling, Robotics and Intelligence, Emerging Manufacturing technologies, Modelling and Simulation of Renewable Energy Systems, Pollution and Combustion, Energy Conversion Systems, Flow Processes Optimization, Solar Thermal Systems, Heat Exchangers, Mining Processes and Equipment Optimization.

5. Harnessing Research in Electrical, Electronic and Information Engineering and Nuclear Science.
