The Engineering Students Association (ESA) undertakes in several projects/activities that benefit the students and the community at large. These include: career talks, sports and tournaments, community outreaches and the Annual ESA Dinner. The Annual ESA dinner is an out of school platform where professionals from the industry interact, mentor and share ideas related to their respective fields with students.
This year’s ESA dinner was held on 28th October 2016 at the Sarova Stanley hotel with the theme being: Innovative Engineering: Energy and Infrastructure Development.
This saw the coming together of engineering students from all the departments in the School of Engineering and corporate sponsors from various companies such as: Tullow Oil, Tsavo Power, Oakar Services, Citech, Savannah Cement and the Architectural Association of Kenya.
This was a great opportunity for the students to dine and network with experts from the various companies.
