The Student Engineer JAN-MAR 2013

The Student Engineer magazine is a  quarterly publication by the Engineering Students Association. The students have the opportunity to share their creative minds as well as the latest developments in Kenya and technological advancements in the industry. It provides a platform for interaction, sharing of knowledge, insights and ideas of the students.  The student’s body also take this opportunity to communicate and reach out to the students.

Various themes are always addressed in each issue of the magazine that bonds well with the career development of the students. The Kenya Engineer team through the Institution of Engineers of Engineers of Kenya(IEK), have always been of great support by offering invaluable advice and counsel in the production of the magazine. Various corporates and institutions have often come on board to advertise features and write articles in the magazine. This is our best way of reaching out to the community and professionals other than through study related activities.

The publication aims to link the student with the industry through introducing new technology to the students, promoting new innovations by the student  and above all, always giving them a piece worth looking forward to. We extend our gratitude to the School of Engineering for granting us the opportunity to be good at what we are in and always aiming to be the best.
